These are chocolate fudge cupcakes with a light  mint chocolate buttercream, yummy and never last 5 minutes in our house.

 I also make large chocolate fudge cakes that can have plain chocolate fudge topping or plain chocolate buttercream.

These  are pretty chrysanthenum cupcakes inspired by watching Chelsea Flower Show!

Introduction

My name is Nina Lewthwaite, former nurse turned homecook/baker and I have a passion for baking. Having baked and baked for family and friends and a cafe business would now like to bake for anyone who would like cake!

I have a particular interest in gluten free cakes as I am wheat intolerant. So I find I am constantly creating and trying out recipes to meet this need.
