Working on some new designs, these are 'Lovebirds'

Beachy Bakes: My name is Nina Lewthwaite, former nurse turned homecook/baker and I have a passion for baking. Having baked and baked for family and friends and a cafe business would now like to bake for anyone who would like cake! I have a particular interest in gluten free cakes as I am wheat intolerant. So I find I am constantly creating and trying out recipes to meet this need. Social networking is a new experience for me and I thank my daughters and friends for their help in setting up my blogspot for Beachy Bakes, also facebook, twitter and instagram!
